The initial concept for the We Grow Cherries brand, was to go down an ultra clean & minimal route. Although after research into BIAD’s heritage and by narrowing down the brand values, it was decided to focus on history. The original tag line ‘Quality Producers since 1843′ has now become a core value for the brand.
The logo takes inspiration from nineteenth century typography, with subtle texture added to give it a printed feel. We went with a gray scale colour palette with only an occasional use of red. In terms of the website, this gives a very neutral feel, which allow graduates work to really stand out.
